    Me refund did not give my money back

    Hi LuisTritsaris, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Those are usually limited time offers. Once it happened to me I was out of Xbox for almost one year and they were going to expire my already redeemed funds. If I did not call them in time to save my money they would have expired it and I would have lost
    nearly $100.00. So I am happy I acted in time.
