My game pass ultimate wont work

Kindly try to confirm if your Xbox game pass ultimate is still active by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If the subscription is still active, you will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works, here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Then check if your Xbox game pass ultimate feature works on your account.

oh well i do have my subscription for ultimate game pass. but the option still wont show up and wont let me remote play

I have ultimate game pass and have been playing wolfenstien and GTA but both wont play and are asking me to sign in or buy the game. Ive signed in and that doesnt work, how long can you play games for before they expire please? also do you get the game
cheaper with a ultimate game pass?

The ultimate pass doesnt expire till the 24 of may and then its on auto renew anyways ...

Since you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, the Xbox Game Pass would have been upgraded and the time would have added onto Game Pass Ultimate. So you wont be able to get a refund.

i would love that... i keep getting the 1 month of game pass ultimate for $1 ad and I already own it so it wont work for me
