    My Game Pass Ultimate suddenly stopped working on my phone.


    Everywhere I look on the app it is saying to upgrade, but I already have it. My subscription is active and up to date. I was able to play this afternoon just fine, but now suddenly I can't access the streaming games. Please advise.

    I am not receiving any error codes, and I have followed all the steps. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working. Usually when I open the app it gives me the option to sign right into a game from the home screen. At this moment it only gives me the option to download a game to my console, which is currently in another state.

    Are you receiving any error codes?

    Please try to clear the cache of the app

    1. Close the app from the recent applications menu.

    2. Restart your phone.

    3. Clear the app cache. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear cache.

    4. Clear the app storage then try again. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear storage.

    7. Uninstall and reinstall. Press on the app icon until you get the option to Uninstall. 8. Then reinstall the app from Play Store.
