My game pass ultimate subscription got refunded accidentally

Hi guys, yesterday i bought my xbox game pass ultimate subscription and i log back on today and now its giving an error message saying "Your subscription has been refunded..." I checked and i have not even recived a refund nor have i given a request.

Same issue here. My subscription has been active for a year and for the past week I haven't been able to access any Game Pass content. I'm still trying to resolve this as the support is so inaccessible. I even get error messages when trying to cancel the
subscription!

That's a bit strange; perhaps contact support to discuss:

If your subscription is showing as active, try removing your profile from the console, restarting and then signing back in, failing that, a hard reset; hold the power button for 10 seconds then press it again to reboot the system and clear the cache.

If your subscription is not active, contact support as above.

Can I get a refund on a game pass subscription? I accidentally purchased and I want my money back.

Unfortunately you can't. When you add Ultimate to standard Gold or Game Pass, it converts your remaining subscription to Ultimate as well, which would have given you 3 years of Ultimate. If you cancel, you cancel everything.

They are on my transaction history, and i didn't use them, why couldn't i get refund ? I have clicked it accidentally, and lost everything.
