    My game pass subscription just disappeared?!


    a week ago i bought the ultimate game pass for 3 months and today i tried to redeem some perks but they all gave the error "Sorry, we're currently having trouble presenting the details of this perk. Please try again later." I searched on the internet and they said to log out and log back in but now this shows as if my account doesn't have the game pass, and even the "join game pass" button appears. I can even play the games I installed, WTF. can anyone help?

    How come it disappeared? Where exactly did you purchase the Minecraft game?

    Did you purchase the license of the game itself or just the subscription for Game Pass? Because Minecraft game can be played even if you didn't buy it just by having the Game Pass subscription.

    just wait it out. my bt/ee subscription ended after a month and then the lock disappeared after another week and i was able to use normal game pass cards again.

    This just happened to me and I am now being prompted to buy the entire game all over again. I own this game and ive owned it for like 5 years. It has now disappeared off of my xbox after pausing the update and i now only own it because of my game pass subscription.

    I am having the same issue but with Game Pass. I was charged for this month(November) a few days ago and just this evening the Game Pass tab disappeared from My Games & Apps on my Xbox.
