My Game Pass got refunded, but it wasn't me

Hi i need help on this, i can't be able to contact Xbox in ANY way!

There is no email i can use... and the online chat/call option are all giving an error!!

The problem : I have an Xbox game pass 3 months, and went yesterday on the browser page of my account, to managed it and buy some more until the end of the year, but i've closed the browser before finishing the purchase, and suddenly got an email with "here is the refund" basically, **** is this?

I desperately need to contact someone at Xbox..

Hi, thanks for the reply, yes i was able to reach someone through Mozilla Firefox (On Edge it was just giving me errors)...

And there is no solution to this problem, just making another account ...

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Wasn't worth the hassle for me. I boxed it all up, including the games I got, and took it back to Best Buy and got a refund. I'll just stick with my PS3 for now.

It wasn't announced because it was not a trial. It was a mistake. They claim it to be a trial now so everyone who got burned on thier season pass don't demand their money back. Just admit it wasn't a mistake, admit season pass holders aren't going to
get a refund and call a spade a spade.

I just want my free trial please provide a link

I got my refund because I accidentally purchased something. Game wasn't broken at all. I'm sure if you abuse it they will not be as willing to help, but for my one and only refund so far on the x1, it was absolutely no problem at all. They were very happy
to help me.
