My game pass games aren't launching

I have Xbox ultimate pass for the past few months and now the games aren't launching on my Xbox. It allows me to download the game but when I try to launch it, it sends me to the store to buy it. And it clearly states that I have game pass when I go to manage
subscriptions

Thanks for the help. But my the Xbox one games are starting but the 360 games I download don't work.

Hey there BigBoy72005,

Thanks for reaching out the Forums for advice on regaining access to the games that come with your subscription. I can totally see how this could get old really quickly. I suggest

removing your account from the console and redownloading it back from Xbox Live.

If that does not do the trick, I suggest then
contacting support for more account specific troubleshooting.

Let's try this trick and hopefully it will work.

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, Please insert your game disc half way to your console's disc drive. You will feel that the console is pulling the game disc in. Hold it for about 1 second and then release the game disc.
