My game pass game disapeared from my library

Basing on the statement you provided above, here are some troubleshooting steps that you may try:



1. Open the Xbox app on your PC and sign in to your account.

2. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the app to open the menu.

3. Click on "My Library" to view your game library.

4. If Forza Motorsport is not showing up in your library, try searching for it in the Microsoft Store and see if you can download it again.

5. If you're still unable to find the game, you can try resetting the Microsoft Store cache by following these steps:

- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

- Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.

- Wait for the command to complete and then try searching for the game again.



Regarding the crashing issue with Warhammer Darktide, you can try updating your graphics card drivers and also make sure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the game. If the issue persists, you can try contacting the game developer for further assistance.

That would be very helpful, and I appreciate you! It would be also cool if you delete all the game files on your hard drive then start redownloading again. This is to make sure that there are no corrupted files on the download location.

The only update I performed was my graphics card driver, since Forza actually asked my to do it. I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

There was an error message that said something along the lines of "The process has stopped responding" but it was not the usual Windows "not responding" app message, it was like a little gray pop-up box at the top left corner.

And yes. It is my only Xbox account, and it's the only one with the game pass.

I am trying to redowload the game as of right now. The weird thing is that, the files are still on my hard drive. And even though it is downloading, there are no files being added to my drive whatsoever.

Also, with Warhammer Darktide, I lowered the graphics settings and it hasn't crashed since. The only odd thing is that, before the graphic driver update, that was not happening at all.

I'll let you know after downloading the game again if I encounter any issues, although this may take a few hours.
