My game keeps crashing right when I try to load into the game

I ran the benchmark test for my game FH4 and it runs well within the limits of system requirements. I've tried everything in my power to check and fix the game but it just won't load into my world no matter what I do. Help please

I opened the event viewer only to notice that it's something wrong and it says error and has forza in it

When did the problem start?
What is the current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
Any recent activity or changes made before the problem appear?

For the meantime, let's try to do this troubleshooting steps and see if this work for you.

First of all, check for Xbox app updates:

enter Microsoft Store app > select More ... (upper right corner)
Downloads and updates > Get updates.

Furthermore, be sure Windows has the latest update:

select the Start button, then select Settings
Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
If there is an available update, select Install now.

If the issue persists, try to repair/Reset Xbox app:

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features
Select the Xbox app
Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app.
On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.
If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

If the problem still persists, try to reset the Xbox App account and clear cache:

Click Start and click Settings.
Select System.
Select Apps & features.
Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

Windows 8.1 HP Laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game over 10 times and the same thing keeps happening!!!! When I try to load the game, the window opens but crashes immediately. The game will not display.
