My game keeps crashing in the of games for Madden 24. How to fix this problem?

Only thing Ive done was I sometimes pause the game for a bit and when I did this it didnt shut off when I did it but could just be coincidence idk

Had this same issue, cant finish a game or even the 1st quarter without crashing. Sometimes it even turns off my whole xbox lmao. Series X.. Tried every possible solution, then had the game refunded since it was unplayable. Just downloaded Madden 23 since its on game pass and it crashes too LOL

It ended up costing me $450. I had other issues HDMI cable had to be taped at an angle, disk drive broke, overheated on top of everything else. Sent it to Microsoft to repair. Got one back that had similar issues. That is when I decided to just buy a new system.

I stopped playing. Not wasting my time or money on a company or product that doesnt work. EA can go f**k themselves for how theyve mishandled the problem

And neither microsoft of xbox are doing a damn thing about it! Thats what blows my mind! They know about it, have known about it, and dont do a damn thing about it. Way to take care of your fan base! Their loss. Id normally have spent over 200 bucks in the MUT store by now. They aint getting a penny out of me. Nor will i buy another Madden until this is acknowledged and fixed.
