My game keeps crashing and I don't know how to fix it, I don't want to factory reset...

There is an option in Xbox Gabriel where you can reset your console by saving your data and applications, the only thing that will happen is that your account will be logged out, and you must remember the data to log in again.

I would like to know if you have done some steps to try to solve this problem? In case you have already tried everything, the last option would be to reset, saving your data and applications.

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
Are you using an insider build / are you part of the windows gaming program?
And please tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this (besides repairing, resetting and terminating)

In these type of cases, the only way to sort this out then is by going to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form . You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount,
