My game keep saying installing stop

My disclaimer...This is not an elegant solution, and I haven't tested this myself...

Network



First I would check the network to see how the performance is.

You mentioned that the files failed to download....

So it's important to make sure you can transfer files normally.

If it is working normally... great.

If it's really bad, try rebooting check it

and it if it still looks bad, shut it all down and re-seating all the cables and retest.

Un-Install



Once that's you are sure you have good bandwidth and it's stable...

Then you want to follow Bungie's instructions and Uninstall Destiny...

I would read this entire techdoc as it also recommends rebooting to clear the cache.

Then if you have done that, then try Re-Installing.

Make sure you install one package, and then check it to make sure it finishes properly

before installing additional packages...

Okay my xbox was send for service because this was just one of many problems

Sorry to hear about your issues with your Xbox. There have been several people reporting issues with installing apps. I've copied one possible fix that was discovered:

I found a solution. The problem is related to the ISP's (Comcast) DNS cache for Microsoft / xbox services, for some reason they are not resolving correctly. For a temporary fix you can manually set the
DNS under the xbox one network settings. I used 1.1.1.1 which is cloudflare DNS.

If that doesn't help, I recommend requesting a call back from Microsoft Support. They have been tracking this issue and should be able to help.
