    xbox account telling me its a child account tied to a parent account but I don't think it is

    but that's my point, as far as I can see, there is no family group or anything like that. My parents can't help me with the problem.

    Xbox 360 download history link is broken.

    There seems to be a glitch on the 360 right now where people can't see there available games to download. I would just try going through the Xbox.com website and searching the game. Anything you own will show as owned in the store.

    I have the same problem. Can't view the acievements in my profile on Xbox One menu, but the points still there and i can see the achievements in the site.

    Also, in my home page on the account.xbox.com, there is any game played in my 'recently played games' page, as if i not playing nothing NEVER. Can anyone help me? Sorry about my poor english (i'm from Brazil).
