My game I downloaded from the games store wont let me play.

I just barely downloaded Destiny: the taken king, it then installed, but now when I try to open it in the quene section (it appears under recently installed) it takes me to a never-loading troubleshooting website and then kicks me back to the homescreen
after 2 minutes. I tried turning off and restarting my console (Xbox One) multiple times. If you have any suggestions please help.

Hi, you didn't purchase the taken king addon by mistake did you ? that doesn't have the game included.

yes oddly enough it wont let me start the download from the MS store...only the game pass app. after starting it in the game pass app it pops into the queue in the MS store but it is still stalled at 0.

Im having the exact same issue. I bought the game from the Xbox Store on their website and when I go to the game page it wont let me download.

It just says “You Own this Game” and when I press “Install” it just makes the noise and there is no que that indicates that the game is downloading.

I don’t know if the download is bugged or if it’s just my console.

it let me install and play goat simulator. But, it wont let me play games i have installed already and wont let me download any other games. it gives me and error sayings something went wrong on our side try again.
