My game has been removed from my account?

1. Look up your username using your security contact phone number or email address.

2. Request a security code to be sent to the phone number or email you used.

3. Enter the code and select Next.

4. Microsoft will then show a hint of the username, in this format: j********@outlook.com

I'm sorry but without the order history, we will not be able to validate the license for the game. Kindly check other Microsoft accounts that you own.

You miss understand, I am asking why Microsoft has removed my game from purchase history and library? I am using the account I purchased it with.
