    My game freezes after every PUBG match, forcing me to quit and restart after every match.


    I still enjoy a game of PUBG on my Series X but for the past two months everytime I finish a game, win or lose, the loading screen freezes. This forces me to exit and quit the game and load the game to get back into the lobby after each subsequent match. It's pretty tedious to say the least.

    I've asked the same question on the PUBG console subreddit and researched the search query for similar issues and it does seem that this a common problem for Series X users who are participating in the alpha ring. I know it seems like a niche issue but I don't know where else to go to see if there is a solution.

    I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well as countless hard resets and the problem persists.

    I believe the difference is a quick match will keep you in matchmaking until you quit, and ranked will matchmake after every match and is more competitive. They do have separate leaderboards, too.

    I don't think so. My game freezes after almost every match and when it does I take it as a sign that my console is about to crash. As of recently I have been closing out of the game when it freezes and it has prevent crashing a couple of times. Hope this

    yup...happening to me about every 4 to 5 games. When it happens is generally right after a match, then it kicks me to xbox dashboard. I have to restart the game and I find out i didn't get the score but it does show my k/d!! it's pissing me off!

    its not only matchmaking its also custom multiplayer games....8 friends had one he33 of a time connecting.... had to quit out of game completely and everyone rejoin almost after every match.

    @Spud72.. I said there is still no option to quit in between matches. Not after the match starts or during the match. Why do we have to wait until teams are formed then let people leave. It would be much smarter to let people have the option to leave
    in between matches and configure the teams properly. The simple things that should be a given standard in every game are still lacking to this day.
