My game(fallout new vegas) wont accept my profile

Hello, I will need to please try the following troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your issue:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account

No I'm afraid I've tried all of that more than once. I suspect a problem in cloud saved stuff i had been sharing Gametime with someone who has sadly passed from cancer and I don't know those account details. Is there a mechanism to delete cloud saves?. Or if istart aprofile afresh can I use the games installed with a new Gamertag. Or is it format and start over

Always been a fan of Fallout. But my favorite fallout game would be Fallout: New Vegas

the graphics are the same the lighting is just diffrent because ur ina diffrent area. new vegas is desert and fallout 3 is city more radiation. if u llok at the skies in new vegas u can see green streakes and patches from the radiation. fallout new vegas
is bethesdas title they had said that, obsidian just made it. it wont be called fallout 4.

im looking forward to skyrim,GOW3,dead island and rise of nightmares.skyrim is my number 1.if they can better oblivion with this game then its going to be something very special.hopefully it wont be like fallout vegas because fallout 3 was awesome but vegas
was a let down.
