    My game code has redeemed yet it's not in my library


    What do I do, I redeemed a code for Battlefield V and it claimed to have worked however the game is not in any library and when I try to re-redeem the code it says it has already been redeemed.

    I have tried closing the app and restarting my PC, however despite this it still doesn't work.

    My friend gave me the code and my email has the receipt which claims to have given me the game even though it hasn't.

    where did you buy the code, if the code is for xbox then you just got the xbox console version, battlefield v is only on EA app, Steam, Gog, it is not available on the microsoft store/xbox app, it is listed but links to the EA app.

    you really need to pay attention, the game is only listed under the xbox app, you need to have the EA app installed and linked then this lets you play that game via gamepass through the EA app. he has purchased the game from microsoft, therefore it is a code for the xbox console version.

    I took the liberty to check it here on my end as well, the Battlefield V available on Xbox App requires EA App.

    On your order history, click the game icon for the Battlefield V then scroll down a bit, check the "Playable On" tab to validate if it's for Xbox Consoles only or for PC as well. I was able to check and the PC version of the game can be purchased and installed through EA App or Steam.

    The billing order for Battlefield V is ' Completed ' .

    Also, the Xbox app for PC states it is playable on PC.

    We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the redemption transaction stated as "completed" or "redeemed".

    Also, as I have checked, the game on Microsoft Store for Battlefield V is for Xbox only.
