    Hi! I was playing a game called "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" in digital edition and it didn´t work any more and I tried a lot of solutions an my control didn´t work too,

    I heard the first K&M XBOX ONE game will be HALO WARS 2. But that just rumors of the internet. Unless it pop up in the next preview update. And preview members get the beta to try the K&M function of the one.

    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller (Designed For Xbox) isnt working on Xbox cloud gaming!

    Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

    Got it. Please make sure that your controller is updated, Maxime and if this is only happening with this game it may mean that the issue is the game itself.

    It update clean start UP and doing one thousand more stuff i dont have other controller maybe dont happen with keyboard

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.
