    Multiple people are reporting the same issue, so it seems to be an Xbox server issue. You can report the issue at http://xbox.com/status

    Same place as before you got the error. In the guide menu where you sign in. I hope they fix the zero friends I have...All By Myself!!

    No notifications when people are online

    I am also having this issue and so are my friends, I have done the steps as listed to fix it and it does not seem to work.

    I'm running into this problem as well. I can get all other notifications but zero friend notifications. It's a little disheartening because I had quite a few friends jump on to play and I never knew they were there until I looked at my friends list.
