    Hey I have a problem with the companion app and can't seem to find the problem online. I just connected my JBL bluetooth headset with a bluetooth adapter to my pc and sounds of other sources are just fine and the microphone doesn't seem to have a problem
    either, but for some reason the stereo selection doesn't work when I choose JBL (stereo) but it only allows the JBL (hands-free) option for me and the sounds are just robotic AF. I can't even hear my friends properly. There was a minute long when the audio
    worked fine on those settings and than magically shifted back to robot sounds. My connection is also fine since I have a lan cable in with good connection overall. Discord works fine too as well as Skype. It's just the companion app. And there is no way for
    me to test it on a controller because I have no audio cable for it.

    none of the methods work. A friend of mine and I have found out through screen share that the headset is just acting up on it's own as its now also defying discord. The Headset just wants to have an output of 16000Hz and doesn't want to change channels and
    we have yet to find out what the cause of this problem is

    This
    is the current sound setting of the headset and we have tried several things but don't know why this acts the way it does. It plays normal sounds just fine as well as youtube and other audio files. But refuses play incoming voice calls normally.
