My friend was permanently banned for joking in messenger with my other friend.

My friend [mod removed] jokingly called my friend [mod removed] a bad word, and as a joke HE reported her. We were all laughing about it and her mic cut off, she got the message stating that her account was permanently banned.

We were honestly just messing around and didn't mean to get her banned. She has no previous history of enforcement. The enforcement website is also saying that she can't fight it. Please help!

There's an issue with suspension notifications telling everyone they have been permanent banned, but it's actually a temporary suspension. You can try contacting support to see how long your suspension actually is, but they will not be able to give you any further information. You would need to use the enforcement site for that, but that site is also having an issue of not showing current suspensions, so you'll have to wait for the site to be fixed to see the reasoning.

i got an explanation now why i was banned.

i wrote for joke on my bio "1600 mp to be friend with me" (inside joke for my friends)

the "pro"snipers for 2 years ago often wrote this on their bio because it was concidered cool to have them on their friends list.

They'll get banned from Halo 3. My friend has done it and he got banned permanent.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but currently the site is having an issue not showing current suspensions so it is not possible to submit a case review at this time.
