    My friends Account was stolen

    My friend [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] was playin on xbox and a player with the gamertag [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] was saying he was a hacker and would mod MW2, He didn't mod but he was trying to trick people into giving his account info. My
    friend ignored my warning and gave him his account info to find out that the person changed all of his account info and now he can't use it. Is there a way that you could help him out by banning the account [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] until he could
    get his account back. [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] also used [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] account to download minecraft. [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS] did not purchase minecraft but was able to download it with [REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS]

    Make your friend pay you back. Since he's already redeemed the code, there's nothing that can be done. You should also change your password. No one else should have access to your account.

    change the password     on your account as soon as possible. Once you change the password it should log out on that console. If you are still unable to gain control of your account you should contact phone/chat support to open an unauthorized access case. Support.xbox.com/contact-us
