My friend sent somebody a message on my account and I got banned but the Xbox team are helping

You are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if it was you or a friend that wrote the message. If they were using your account (which is also a violation of the coc) you can be held accountable.

Litteraly the same thing happened for me was texting my best friends that i knlw in real on xbox and sent few messages and few msg later couldnt sent anymore message so i went on my second account trying to tell him to txt here cuz i got ban on my other,
and few messager later i got banned, so i went to tell him on facebook and he told me its happening the same thing to one of his other friens that i knlw a bit in real tho and by that time my friend got banned tho, ita litteraly crazy in bout 10min 4 account
and 3 ppl gor banned for a thing they will never know

i got suspended but my friend sent the message on my account, not me. please help asap i need to stream 2night

Could you possibly have been spawn camping or **** etc?

Getting banned isn't just a case of you sent an abusive message, it can also be for unsporting gameplay.

I mean i was helping my friend boost in COD: BO3, thats it, i didn't boost only my friend did but he needed my help, so maybe i got banned for that but maybe not because he didn't get banned, not a single message from xbox. My friend mods for a lot of games,
i don't engage with him, but he does not get banned.

If anyone at Microsoft can help me that would be great because today I logged on to my account and I was temporrarily chat banned, this ban lasts for a whole week, and i am positive that somebody may have signed into my account and sent bad messages to there
account only to report me. Please email me if you have any solutions. [mod removed]
