    hi i reported my friend for saying a bad word and i know she was just having a laugh because i was annoying her and i would like it if you would lift her week suspension so she can play i take full blame and will not do anything like this again

    She would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    It doesn't matter why the report was sent. She would have been suspended because the enforcement team determined she did something to violate the code of conduct.

    The people here on the forums have absolutely no say over the banning of a player. For that you need to reach out to Xbox Enforcement

    Hello, the enforcement team reviews every report throughly. If he was reported for nothing and he didn’t violate anything in the Code of Conduct he won’t be banned.
