My friend has bought wingman xb he want knows if he get banned for using it

I believe what he is asking of his buddy gets on his XB as a silver and starts cursing and being a Dbag and gets banned... whos XB account be held accountable..

Not sure but..if the gamertag was made under YOUR account... you would be responsible.. if your buddy made the account on HIS account... and used your XB for that.. he would be responsible.

Well not something I know anything about, not a gamer just a father. But that was just one of the ten things listed as a possible banning reason.
