My friend has been falsely banned??

He has submitted a case review but i want to know how long it will take for it to be seen

There's no specific timeframe for a response. It can take a few days though.

Hello. My gamertag is NyxSilvermoon. I feel you on this. This just happened to me on October 25th, 2023. No one is getting back to me. I've tried the appeal but was denied almost immediately. I've contacted them through the feedbacks. I've tried contacting customer support throughbthe phone and Twitter, but they keep giving me the same answer. Just have to wait it out. I check my emails daily, twice a day. Hoping and praying they would respond back to me, but so far nothing... I've spent over 2 thousand dollars just this passed year and I've been playing for years! I agree with you. If my account is gone, I want all my money back as well. I didn't do anything with fraud or against their rules. I have 3 children, ages 6 (now, 5 at the time of incident), 8 and 10. All of them have their own account that they can not get permission for new games that's outside of their ratings without me. I'm the only person who can give them permissions for new games, to buy things, etc. So it's not just effecting me but also my kids. Even though they do have their own accounts, they don't have game pass because we just can not afford them to have it. Because of that, whenever there is a game they want to play that can only be accessed by game pass, they use my account. So I'm not just loosing my account but also my kids'. I'm stressed enough by being a mother and look to xbox as a way to release some stress. Now that's its been taken from me for sometime I didn't do, is outrageous(trying to keep it pg but is a very good word to describe it.) And I'm at a loss.... I would want all my money back if my account is completely gone and since my kids' accounts are effected by this, they would all have to get new accounts as well so I would want my money back from their accounts as well. So we're looking for about approximately 4 to 10 thousand dollars or more over the last 4 to 5 years......

So I got permanently banned on xbox for apparently fraud, but I never did anything to do with fraud and I only had my xbox account. I need to use this account (the one I'm using) because I can't log into my account. I spent at least 4 thousand dollars and it's now all gone, if my account is actually completely gone I want my money back because this is outrageous.
