my friend got console and account banned but bought a new Xbox and made a new account...

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

Honestly, before buying a new console, he should try to understand what is he doing wrong, okay? He can try reading the Terms and conditions, verifying his Gamertags, what he does, and what he says. I say this so he does not get another console banned.

If he identifies the issue and feels safe to buy another one, then yes. If the console ban case review was denied, that would be the next course of action.

I hope he can get this sorted out so he does not have this kind of trouble again.

Support is unable to assist with any type of suspension issue. This includes account, and console.

You friend can try submitting a case review for the account ban by visiting https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

He should.start addressing the issue

Trash talking is fine but in MODERATION

what you can't say infront of family don't say it
