My friend got banned for insulting a scammer

Wait, hold on. You telling me it's against the guidelines of Xbox of a player warning and help the prevention of a scammer that is trying get $100 out of players. Surely you do have guidelines that help prevent scammers to ensure safety of players. So I helped enforce your guidelines against scammers when I helped make a post to bring awareness and prevention to fellow gamers of a scammer. Yet I got punished for that?

I did not insult with slang, harassed, or even use aggression. I called them out to the public to bring awareness of the potential harm that could happen to them. If I am to be punished for helping my fellow gamers, then who are you protecting. The community or the scammer?

naming and shaming is NOT allowed here, he will not get his points back and if the scammer actually would have given your friend what he was trying to buy your friend would be perm banned as infections are used for cheating.

They ban for literally no reason, it could be the LITTLEST insult and all of a sudden, boom 14 day ban. I said "****" and got banned for that, unbelievable. Review was upheld, worst costumer support, cant even call to get it reversed. Dude threatened my
family.

Hi, even if you insulted a team friend naively the ban remains. So next time, be careful what you say. You have to wait for the ban to take off..

Please it is a rule to never retaliate with anything that can get you reported or banned. Enforcement does not differentiate they must uphold ToS on ALL things. Best thing to do in those situations is report them for harassment and block the user.
