My friend got a perma ban for a gamerpic

How does a gamerpic get someones account permanently banned? He never said or did anything bad to no one, he just had a nasty gamerpic. His gamertag was Derpy07, He got reported by Omegabuttcrack9 wait as it states here. "a single inappropriate Gamertag
will only result in one forced Gamertag change" and that is an inappropriate gamertag. Omegabuttcrack9 has broken every single rule on xbox live and hasn't been banned. So how on Earth does a gamerpic get someones account permanent ban? That's basically saying
that 2+2=5 because that's not right. No wonder people are moving to PlayStation.

my account was take for cheating 4 times but the last time (perma-ban) i got suspend for absolutely nothing! I was playing cod AW normaly on TDM and I found a hacked lobby and I back out extremly quick but the next day during I played BF4 I got Perma-ban!

Hi awtactical!

Base from the description, it seems that you got suspended from communications. What you seem to be confused from was the part regarding Permanent suspension. It seems that its just an explanation if the account got perma ban. But if there's a time frame
or duration when it will be lifted then that's not perma ban. But if it says 999 then that's perma for sure.

If he had previously has multiple suspensions before the gamerpic it could result in a permanent ban.

Code of Conduct. Please avoid:

Images intended to harm or harass another person

Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature

References to illegal drugs

Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore

Images containing personal information

References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures

Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

No. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely
untrue.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Okay first i got banned on july 8th for communcation until the 11th i got unbanned and on the 13th i got banned for gamerpic and idk if it was that was last 5th ban that got me permanent ban. But my last 2 bans was about my gamerpics and gamertag. And the last banned was suppose to end on the 14th of july and my permanent ban started on the 13th. So it doesnt make sense why i am getting permanent banned for something i got punished for already? I didnt say this in my apeal case but i should've said so

A permanent ban starting before a previous ban has not concluded may mean that the perma ban was related to a different offense. Bear in mind that not all offenses take the same amount of time to be investigated...it's possible the perma offense was from weeks or months ago and it's just coincidence it happened now.

However, there is no way for anybody here to know as the only department that will know is the Enforcement department and the only way to contact them is via the appeal process

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/
