i bought a darksouls 2 schollar of the first sin for my friend and when he tried to open the code he cant because xbox told him:

Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed

i need help because i paid for that and other code or refund

for any refund related questions you will need to contact official Xbox Support, they are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.

1. I followed no fourms all I did was reddemed a code using my phone.

2. Everything I did was suggested by an xbox support agent so I don't know where you got your argument from.

3. As I said an agent DID IT FOR ME ALREADY it's in my order history he refunded that gift card and reddemed it in us currency I have screen shots.

4. This is exactly my point xbox support continues to disappoint me.

There is no problem in sending your friend a gift. If you are worried though, why not send the code via email?

OK, but other games don't have this problem, like GoW 2 and GoW Judgment. My region is Spain. Only GoW 1 and GoW 3 have this problem.
