    When my friend open the game, it will automatically open the Microsoft store, and then the page of the Microsoft store has been loading and cannot be closed, nor can log in

    If your friend is unable to log in to their Minecraft account through the Microsoft store, here are a few things they can try:

    Check if the Microsoft Store app needs an update. If it does, updating the app may resolve the issue.

    Clear the Microsoft Store cache. This can be done by opening the "Run" dialog box, typing in "wsreset.exe", and hitting Enter.

    Try logging in to their Microsoft account through a web browser first, to ensure that their login credentials are correct.

    If none of these steps work, they can try reinstalling the Microsoft Store app or Minecraft itself.

    If the issue persists, they can contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
