    My friend can't join my minecraft world


    i am on minecraft bedorck on win 10 and he is on ipad. we both are logged in and we both fixed our microsoft settings. it say "unable to join world" when he tries to join my world" we are both friends on xbox.

    we did adjust our accounts, and by the way, one of my friends couldn't adjust his account, he said the "log in" button in xbox.com doesn't work, he said he can't click it.

    If your online safety and online settings are well adjusted as well you shouldn't be facing any issues. To be completely sure, make sure you both follow the steps mentioned on this link to adjust the settings => Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support.

    If the issue still persists, then perhaps your friend has some restrictions on his in game account and not the Microsoft account. In this case he will need to check further with the developer of the game. He can submit a request here => Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).
