My Friend Cannot Verify His Account Information

My friend has a Microsoft/Xbox account that hasn't allowed him to sign in to it for the past week. We've tried verifying his information but they never say it is enough information and they will not send the verification code to the email he input. Now he cannot ask Microsoft for help since he cannot even log into his email and his Xbox won't allow him to sign into his account either. What should we do to verify that the account really is his?

You will need to contact xbox xbox Support to verify they can find it. Because i friend provide his CC information and support find a way to retrieve the account. But you will need to verify that.

Hi, my account has had suspicious activity on it and locked me out of it, the phone number that is registered to the account is old and discontinued so I cannot retrieve my account through it, when I fill in the recovery form it says the information isn’t correct as I haven’t used it in a while I can’t remember the details, can I verify the account another way like through the apps or social media’s and or can my bank that is associated verify me? Any suggestions?

Also on the verification screen, at the bottom of the verification options is an option that says i don't have any of this, that should take you to a form to modify your contact information
