    my friend can hear my game sound through party chat.


    Hi, my friend has been saying for a couple days now that he can hear himself when he talks but he can also hear my game sound when i talk, i have enabled party overlay and can see when he talks it activates my microphone even when i am not talking, my volume
    is the same as always before this started happening. only the past couple of days. i am struggling to find a fix, i have tried turning down game volume but it gets to a point that i cannot hear it and also i have tried messing with the mic sensitivity but
    it does not do much justice, i have searched google high and low and cannot find a fix!

    ps. i have updated my controller - still not fixed!

    I'm having the same problem. Except I can hear xbox sounds like maneuvering through friends list or chatting in a party. But my games have absolutely no sound

    I would say the headphones are leaking sound so i would say an upgrade but also check your settings for audio too!
