    So when i sended my friend a message by accident on xbox last night before he leaved this morning he said his conso le blocked and he needs to send it to a technician he said that the console did that in the past and my message that i sended him appears blocked idk what that means but i want to ask if someone elese has this issue and how to solve it

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that your friend's account or Xbox got suspended. For complete information about the reason why your friend's account got banned, they need to check their email.

    If you think that this is just an error and they want to file a dispute, please visit this link and sign in using the Gamertag of the banned account:

    They should see a large, yellow hammer icon if the account has been banned. Clicking on that hammer will give you all the available options to resolve your situation.

    Harassment, bullying and team-killing

    Are you sending any messages to people AFTER you have blocked them? IIRC, sending a message to someone that is blocked will unblock that person so it is important that you stop sending message replies to them and then block them.

    If you aren't replying and the Block feature is still not working properly for you then that is something that you will need to work out with Xbox Support as it isn't something that we can solve here on the forums.

    [/quote] Simply block communications with them, file a complaint and then move on. Do not send a message to them after the block or you will remove the block. MS will investigate and handle it from there.
