My Free Fall map For COD Ghosts

Hi everybody. Now I go to put in the code for my Free Fall map and it tells me that its been used. And no one in my house used it. I want my map right now or I am going to fricken lose it. I haven't been on that map before and I want to so bad. And apparently
its on my moms other account FacelessGore7 and she tells me that she didn't do a damn thing. So some one tell me how I can get that map to be on my xbox without having an issue

I was online and read the advertisement that when you purchase COD Ghost and the map pack for the year that you also get the Free Fall map as well. Did I misread that because I didn't get the Free Fall map pack. Can someone explain that to me.

 

You are unable to transfer content from one account to another. Once content has been redeemed and downloaded onto an account that is where it stays. Now, if your mom were to sign into her profile and keep it signed in on the console while you played then
you would be able to access the map pack, but other than that, you will have to buy the map pack for yourself.

The map isn't that good in my opinion and really isn't worth it. It is smaller than Rust from MW2 and very lack luster. The constant change in the environment is very disorienting and caused me nothing but literal headaches. Could have been done a lot better.

 

So there is no way for me to get it on my profile? Thing is though she didn't put the code in or anything. So there's 2 things I want to know:

1. How is it possible to play on a map with out getting the code or purchasing it?

2. Earlier maybe like 3 or more years another Microsoft/Xbox employee told me there is a way to transfer ownership of DLCs of any kind. Can't remember who though.

 

The only kind of transfer that can be made is a license transfer, but that is transfers for consoles, like if you got a new console and wanted to transfer everything over to it instead, not between profiles. If you are getting a message saying that the code
has been used then that code has been used. The only other thing I can tell you is that you should talk to customer support about the matter. They can look up the code and see if it has indeed been used and they can figure out if your mother's account is the
one that has it. Once all that is figured out and it turns out that the map has found it's way to another account besides yours, there is no way that content can be transferred between accounts. The number for phone support is 1-800-469-9269 for the U.S.
