My founders cape is missing from 2019

Back in 2019 i unlocked the founders cape (from both the event and the marketplace) then i logged on (about a year later) and it was gone. I assumed it was an issue with profilling, indexing, ect. so i blew it off thinking it would resolve itself. It never resolved and i tried asking minecraft support about it and i was told "the event is over and we cannot give you the cape". Ive looked at past people asking the same question and some who got it back when java recieved the pan cape and the founders cape yesteday. So i was wondering if i could be helped to get it back.

Since the issue seems to be widespread, it might be resolved in an update soon. You could submit another request to Minecraft to see if they are aware of this. You can report the problem using this link:

If the usual fixes like reinstalling/signing out and back in don't solve it, then it's likely something with the game itself.

"For those still affected by the bug, did you own the Founder's Cape? If you did not own the Founder's Cape and could only use it due to MCPE-84673, then this works as intended. Only players who downloaded the Founder's Cape skin pack during Minecon 2019 should have the option to use the cape.

If you have it already, proceed to the next steps:

-Own the "Founder's Cape" skin pack
-Go to the "Capes" tab in the character creator"

I think they honestly dont care, still missing everything including all the timed items such as the founders cape and birthday packs.

Same here bro. My founder cape is suddenly disappear and I REMEMBER I claimed once 4 years ago and I don't know why my founder cape suddenly disappear... It's kinda sad to be honest...

I once had the among us cape and the founder's cape in my main account

I got the founder's cape in somewhere 2020 and among us cape was there in my main account when I went into my profile

They were not custom capes or anything but provided by minecraft

But after 1.17 I guess I lost them all except my pan cape .

How do I recover those capes they looked very great

I still have them in 1.16 version of the game and they show up on my profile

But after updating to higher version I don't see them.

I also notify that they were not a glitch or something because I checked it on my other devices too on the same account and they were present every single time.
