    im currently experincing these problems with fh4 that wont let me connect to online and im prestige four aswell its been goin on for the last three weeks

    please if anyone out there that knows how to help me with this itll be so great

    You welcome!

    Cache is a temporary memory. It holds information that is used frequently by the console. A similar situation is when you have to clear your browse data when it gets slow. If you play daily, like me, I recommend you to do it once a month.

    Hello!

    At this moment, Xbox Live is facing some issues with gaming and social, as you can see on

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    I also recommend you to empty you console cache. Just hold the power button till the Xbox turn off and unplug the energy cable for some seconds.

    Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

    If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?
