My fortnite has corrupted and won't reinstall.

I have looked up the error code and it occurs when downloading content from xbox live on xbox 360, yet I am not using a 360 I am using an xbox one. The xbox one does not have an error code 0x80070570.

I don't have any other accounts on the system.

Restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it turns off completely. Disconnect the power cable from the console. Wait 2 minutes. Reconnect the console's power cable. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if everything is fine

Reset the console: Try doing a factory reset while keeping the games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all possible errors without deleting any game data

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information.
3. Select Reset console.
4. Choose Keep games and applications (If you have good internet you could delete them to completely rule out errors and reinstall with the console already reset)

Deleting local saved data hasn't fixed the issue, how do I go about changing the MAC.

Before I do this will it remove all progress from games I have a physical disk copy of and if so can I transfer that data to the cloud.
