    Im having the same issue. The store doesn’t show as bought, but I have everything in my Downloadable add-ons installed and checked. We are not the only ones with this issue. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

    You had to pre order Valhalla during a certain time period. I had pre ordered it earlier before that promotion so I went in and cancelled it then pre ordered it again. It took a couple of days but I finally got the 6,000 points.

    The Final Shape DLC has been delayed till the 4th June 2024, so that might have something to do with it. Xbox might have cancelled all pre-orders due to the delay.

    Contacting support got me the code. I actually cancelled the pre-order because they took too long to sort it out then the next day got the code so pre-ordered again.

    When a game or DLC is delayed, Microsoft has to cancel pre-orders. This is a legal requirement in many countries. If you used a gift card the balance will be returned to your Microsoft account.
