    My Fifa 23 X/S Edition isn’t working. Someone please read the paragraph below and help I beg…


    So I got fifa 23 X/S edition when it came out (bought with disc). And recently it has stopped working. Firstly, when I tried to open the app it said something like this: ‘Your game trial has expired’. So after I deleted it, so then when I went to download it back from ‘My Library’ it wasn’t there. So I searched the game up on ‘Microsoft Store’ and it is giving me the choice to buy it again with EA play instead of saying ‘Install all’. However, when I click on ‘Free Trial with EA Play’ it approximately says ‘Go to My Games and Apps, or My Library on your home device, to download it. If you’re gaming with the cloud, it should be ready to go.’ So after this I went back to ‘My Library’ and it still wasn’t there. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

    The problem is you need to use the disc. The disc has the license on it so it won't appear in the digital library or store.

    You have installed the game version, if you purchased the FIFA 23 ULTIMATE EDITION XBOX ONE & XBOX SERIES X|S you will be able to install both games.

    Simply search FIFA 23 XBOX SERIES X|S on your Xbox Series S to install the correct version.
