My fc 25 keeps freezing and taking me out of the game after i score any solutions?

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game, Youssef.

If you're still encountering issues after that, it would be best to reset the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer content from FIFA 23 to EA FC 25. The only allowed transfer was FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25, valid until December 31, 2024.

Thanks for responding to us. Okay, so the game keeps crashing after launch. Does this happen with any other disc games or is it just this one?
