My favourite two games from the Xbox 360 were resident evil 6 and call of duty mw3. Both of these have been voted 109,000 times for backwards compatibility and they still aren't backwards compatable. Your next two Xbox 360 compatable games should be these.
If not then the whole Xbox community will be unhappy. You should take this under consideration. It would make everyone's day to see these two games backwards compatable.

Hi kekos army, The publishers of the games have to give permission for these to go on the backward compatibity, so if you want them on the One, then you could ask the publishers to allow them on the console, and also vote for them too on the xbox feedback

Hi there,

Resident Evil 6 and Call of Duty Black Ops 3 also claim 2 player local co-op, 2 player online co-op and will do the combo of up to 4 people.

Call of Duty will do the 4 person Lan, but not Resident Evil 6

If you're not worried about the Lan part, Terrraria, Escapist 2, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection can do 2-4 player local co-op.

Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil 5 and 6, Call of Duty World at War, Minecraft, Terraria, Gears of War series ect.

Those are a few games that still support split screen.
