My favorite thing is when someone gets me suspended after saying worse things

So a guy by the name of (Mod Removed-Inapropriate) has gotten me banned for saying(Mod Removed-Inapropriate) in a message and literaly one second after i get banned because he reported me however, i have reported him MULTIPLE
times for saying words like (Mod Removed-Profanity), (Mod Removed-Profanity), and the full hard r
(Mod Removed-Inapropriate) but he doesnt get banned. When i brought this up at the xbox enforcement website instead of reading what i wrote they just said that
(Mod Removed-Inapropriate) was offensive even though i mentioned how he has said worse without punishment, how he somehow unfairly got suspended my two friends a total of five times total, and also how he shares information that i dont want
on the internet as common knowledge but even then they didnt ban him. Im not going to sit here and say i didnt deserve a ban but what i will say is it is not okay that he can do all of that but when i say
(Mod Removed-Inapropriate) he reports me and i immediatley get banned. P.S. I would submit another thing on the enforcement website but they literaly just denied me didnt mention anything i said and now i cant submit another. P.S.S I would
like to remind everyone that I pay money for this treatment.

You may have been banned for prior offenses, the amount of time it takes the enforcement team to view, and act on each report can vary.

If im just as bad then why is he not getting banned that makes zero

Firstly, please don't circumvent the forum's language filter. If you retaliate towards another player, you will be seen as just as bad as the other person. In future, I would recommend empowering yourself by using the block feature, before things escalate.
Yes you pay for the service, but you must also adhere to the Xbox Terms of Service.

Regrettably, In Enforcement situations, there is nothing we can do here in the forums, in regards to actions taken by the Enforcement team. If your appeal was unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.
