My Fans Go very fast when I turn off my computer

It's possible to be a hardware issue. But on the software side, make sure that your Windows is up-to-date and all of your Windows drivers are up-to-date as well.

You could try to perform clean boot and observe if the issue is gone when in clean boot.

If you're still having the same issue, you might consider reinstalling your Windows OS.

and fan?

If the monitor is not on a battery-backed UPS outlet, try that first. You should also install whatever monitoring software your UPS came with and see what it's showing when you turn on/off the light and fan.

I have a similar issue, when im done playing, i turn off the tv and the xbox and the green light flashes, not fast but softly i should say, and the fan is still on but it doesent show anything on my tv screen help plz

So I tried unplugging everything from my xbox (all wires connected to it) I also unplugged the wires from my speakers and I tried every mode still does it. I think I will reset it removing all my games and apps because I dont mind reinstalling my games. May I also ask another question so yesterday I turned on my xbox and when I finished playing I turned it off. The fan kept going then the fan stopped and after a while the fan turned on again. When I touched the xbox from the front it was hot. Is it normal for it to be hot when turned off ? My xbox is on standby mode.

My issue is that the fan ticks. The console is set up in a bedroom. When everything is turned off (or on standby), I hear this fast "tick, tick, tick" from the Xbox One PSU. I specifically built my PC to be as close to silent as I could make it, so I can
even hear the Xbox One PSU ticking over the sound of my PC when that's turned on. I'm not saying that the noise is "loud", because it's not. But any noise that can clearly and constantly be heard when a product is supposedly turned off is not good, especially
an annoying ticking sound.
