My family’s account got permanently suspended with no chance of appeal or explanation ?

My families account with over $700 of combined purchases was banned with no explanation. I never was able to send an appeal as it was already checked off. Ive had my hands tied around my back with no voice or say. This is extremely unprofessional on Microsoft’s part. The xbox is shared but I really don’t even know how one of my kids could even break the ToS. Reoccurring payments have still gone through without my notice and all games/saves are unavailable.

If a full refund or removal of the ban is possible let me know.

Well someone who has access to the account wouldve had to file the appeal if it shows a case review was already done. It wouldnt be something that is done automatically.

That being said the enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and the only way to reach then is through the case review.

If your case was denied then theres nothing else that can be done. You only get one case review.

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

My account was also permanently suspended. My depression and anxiety is shooting through the roof right now. I changed the gamerpic as soon as I got communication suspended and I couldn't have done anything else against the ToS. I keep recieving a error as I try to appeal it. Bro they don’t care about their players, they never have I’ve been permanently banned lost thousands of pounds there’s no direct line of communication, my appeal was denied. I got 2 permanent bans in 2 days on the same account both with no reason given. The appeal said I’d get an email back in a few days with a response 2 mins later the appeal was denied. I’m contacting trading standards at this minute in time. There seems to be a new ban exploit hackers are using and Microsoft are denying its existence yet I’m permanently banned without explanation twice. I’ve had the account 17 years with 15 years of gold and thousands of games and DLC they literally don’t care. Scumbags forcing their players to buy everything twice
