My family is being harassed and I just found out it is by an employee. What do I do?

Hi, I need help. I just found out the person who has been harassing my family is a employee. It makes sense now that they are a employee because when I reported them the harassment got worse. Plus sure didn't seem like anything was done about it. I should
of clued in when blocking this person didn't stop them like it stopped others. I do'tn normal report someone but this has been going on for months. The first time I text this person I told them I'm sorry but I only follow friends and I know I would of commented
on the gamer profile because it is impressive. High gamer score with 11 years live. Then I would of ended with have a good day, night, game or one. Then I might of said hope to c u in a game or stay safe it's a crazy Covid-19 world out there. This is how I
deal with the gamers who friend me multiple time just to drop me. I game with those who follow me back and we become game friends. I don't want to be tricked into becoming a follower. Yes I know why they do this and it seems like it would be alot of work to
friend 700 to 1500 and then unfriend them. I have even said that to one and it show effort, determination and commitment. But then there are those who try harder after this and it'susualy the ones who use half naked girl pics. So u tell them u have kids and
you understand my wife is not happy and I am beind yelled at so time to stop please. I have had only a few of the hundreds go beyond this. Well then u can block them wich I hate . Have you ever read what this can do to your reputation? But I have kids and
their mother only lets them play under my account.

So I send this person the typical first polite message and I come home from work to be attacked by my wife. She asks why I'm sending messages to a girl who didn't have an inappropriate gamer pic, but now has her butt in a g-stringed and has friended u every
few hours. Ya that was fun, thats what I want when Iget home after 3 days on the road. So I gave her the family speech. Nothing finale after trying to block her and that not working weeks pass bye. Atleast the gamer pic has changed but every once in a while
the half nude butt or nipples barely covered pic comes out. The face is always somewhat covered and ya I get it but I have a dam family and little kids.tried asking a few more times to stop but nothing.

I got home and three ladies attacked me the wife, mother in-law and my mom. This was the pic with the face behind the camera and the nipps barely covered. The kids were crying because of the fighting and a few comments that weren't needed(mother in-laws).
So I reported her for the first time about the pic and I never saw the half nudes again but the harassing got worse.

I got home after one long trip and it was not good my wife started friending and dropping her back. This way she could show me how bad it had gotten. When u get the message in the message list that u have a new friend and u click on it. It disappears and
if that person unfriended u there is now way to see the people who do this. If they keep u as a friend they stay in a list. But for those who drop u there is no record. But if u friend and drop them back u can keep a record of this. A message box shows up
in your activity feed for everytime u friend someone even if u drop them. Well it was all filled up with her face anwe were in a good two day fight when life hit bad.my 20 year old nephew that I had till he was 6 years old, gone! He did it, should of never
let him go to his parents. So sometime that night I reported her again but for harassment this time. Man! my kids wouldn't go play games, we use the xbox for steaming TV, movie apps and the internet. The only thing we can't do is play DVDs orCDs never has.
They were supposed to contact us with a fix hell I returned my Xbox to the place I bought it 3 times before they told me it's an Xbox problem and I had to talk to them. Just like this reporting her just made it worse.

This bring us to now and yup my dumb butt came home from work again. Why I keep doung this I don't know but I found out my wife has not been telling me that the guy who is in his mommies basement and harassing us is still doing it.

Well my last report to xbox I told them all. About the problem, my kids, my wife, how blocking didn't stop him/her/it, the fighting, and this one person making home life a living hell. Tols them I know I am going to flip and said it would be better then
my wife doing it. my wife has taught me new words sayings. I begged them for help yet her she is and I am getting in **** for her. The mother in-law said something about my kids will end up like my nephew because I am not a real man. In real life not here
in the internet what would u do to a person harassing your family??? We I sent her a message that enough is a nuff. It was not polite and it was to the point. Ne swearing, no name and nothing to rude just a lst plead to stop.(she has erased this message it
just says "message deleted"now). I didn't sleep that night and the freaking beep beeping beeeeeep friended me two more time with a new smile ear to ear photo. So I told her off and the message is still in the conversation list. I told her one more time beeping
try me and I will be coming after u and won't stop till your account is shut down. 14 hours later and I know she had already seen it because I kept looking at her profile and she had been on for hours. Then she started again but I was still awake and online
even thou my profile said I wasn't online. I got to her profile so fast she hadn't even unfriended me yet. It showed me as a friend on her profile home page. I simply put "u r ducked" and compared to what I said before this was nothing. Hours later like 4
or 3 I get a one day band and she deleted that one message. The one I pleaded with her to stop and told her again my kids use this account. Told her she is causing fights here. l don't know why I tried again but it is just not me to report people,swear, fight
and not try to be nice.

So what do I do now. Wouldn't someone be able to follow this time line. Can she erase the reports like she did the last message where I pleaded with her to stop? Is that message really deleted or could a tech retrieve it? They say nothing is truly deleted
and could someone find it somewhere on my xbox? I swear first thing monday I will be talking to my lawyer. This guy and it has to be a guy right? No women would do this to my kids or a family. It has to be an idiot man. She sent me her first message to and
I was smart enough to take a picture incase she trys to delete it to. She sent it to try and scare me. He let me know that he/she is all mighty and powerful. Plus it could be more them just a one day suspension.

All the time line has to be stored somewhere even the parts it is trying to hid and cover up. Has to be. I will not give up on this. This person went to far. Hell they went to far week/weeks ago. Sorry for any spelling errors or missing spaces. I am 6'4"
tall and my weight bounces from 270 to almost 290. I have fat fingers and these XBox controllers are so small. Plus I have been sleeping on the couchand not really sleeping. Been up over 36 for sure right now and I can only hope u get the gist of this message.
I hope someone can help make this right or have some good advice. I can't believe someone would be stupid enought to harass a family like this then use their position to try and do it more. i have to stop rambling now and if anything thanks for letting me
bloqw off steam here. I hope I don't tell her off as soon as I get my stuff back but as far as I am concerned she should have to apologize and lose her positios so she can't do this to anyone else. plus she should have to apologize to my family and kicked
off Xbox for twice as long as she harassed my family. My record should be cleared of this and it showed be looked in to why/how my block on her didn'twork. Plus why nothing was done when I reported her. Wow I think I will need a lawyer to get justice here.
To teach my kids right from wrong. Sad thats what this is sad.
