    I don't get that much time to play my Xbox. To be honest, its actually been sitting rarely being used except the few times that we watch blurays. I had some issues getting my fallout 3 code when i preoreded fallout 4. It wasn't a huge deal since I was still
    playing fallout 4. I know I received my code because I remembered getting the message on my console. On Sunday I went to install the game and the message was gone. I thought maybe I installed it but it didn't show up in my games tab either. Is there anyway
    to get this code again?

    The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired

    The message vanished after a system update - less than 30 days after I received it.

    I spoke this customer service and I made a previous post regarding this in the Fallout section

    I too am having issues redeeming my Fallout 3 code. I received the code in my inbox, but when I went to use it the message had vanished and I am unable to retrieve the code. Is there any way I can have the message resent or possible just emailed to me?

    I purchased Fallout4 on release (11/10/2015) digitally from Live but I have not yet received message for my Fallout 3. I would not think that messages could be vanished? And the messaging system is automated I guess.

    I know I need to contact the support but just wanted post this on forums if there is more people with same issue.
