Unable to install Xbox Insider Hub and Microsoft Rewards on Xbox One

Okay I managed to fix the problem. I disconnected my external SSD from my xbox and allowed the app to install on my xbox’s hard disk drive. Everything else on my SSD doesn’t seem to be compromised as well which is odd.

XSX Controllers Intermittently Disconnecting / Reconnecting / Unresponsive

Do you have any external drives attached to the console? I solved my CONSTANT controller disconnects by simply switching which USB ports my 2 external ssd drives were using on the console. It seems some kind of electrical interference is possible when multiple devices are plugged in.

If I have the same XBox One game saved to multiple external drives, how can I tell which drive is being used?

because of their higher prices I would only be able to afford a small (256GB) SSD drive
    Hi

Don't be fooled into buying an external SSD, most are far too expensive for what they are. I'm not saying not to buy an SSD though.

The cheapest option is to make your own. All you need is a standard 2.5" SSD and an external USB 3.0 drive enclosure. SSD's on their own work out a lot cheaper and a Drive enclosure costs only $10. External SSD use the same tech, just in a glued together
    case.

It's not complicated either. Putting an SSD hard drive in an enclosure is as easy as changing batteries in a TV remote.

My external SSD is a 2.5" Corsair MX500 SSD drive.

    External USB SSD

Sorry it did not work yet. Please try to repair your USB external SSD:

    - On your computer, go to Start > Search for command prompt > Right click on it and select Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:

    chkdsk g: /f /r

On the command above, "G:" means the partition letter for your external SSD. If it has another partition letter (like D:, or E:), please change it on the command above.

After that, press Windows + E to run the File explorer. Go to "This PC". Right click on your external SSD and choose Properties. Go to the Tools tab and on the "Error checking" part, click on "Check".

After the process is over, disconnect your external SSD and try to connect it again to your console. Please let me know how it goes.
